Coilover Spring Exchange Guide
At Carbon Shocks we are happy to assist in the exchanging of coil over springs.
Terms and Conditions:

Only springs purchased from Carbon Shocks are eligible for our Spring exchange policy to the original purchaser and must not have been resold.

Springs must be in their original condition, free from coatings, and must not exhibit any damages beyond what was present upon manufacture delivery.

Springs should show no signs of extensive damage, wear, or anything other than the initial installation and minor driving. They must be clean, defect-free, and returned in the original packaging. If a spring had any kind of damage on delivery it must be documented.

Springs cannot be exchanged if they have been driven extensively.

The spring exchange request must be made within 90 days of the receipt of delivery.

The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for both the return of the original springs and the shipment of the new springs.

The buyer must return the original springs before the new springs are dispatched. In cases where sending the new springs is necessary before the return, a deposit equivalent to the springs' cost will be required. This deposit will be refunded, minus a 6% convenience fee, once the returned springs are shipped back to Carbon Shocks.

While Carbon Shocks offers assistance in determining suitable spring rates, it's important to note that all situations and builds are unique. We cannot guarantee a perfect spring rate every time. Carbon Shocks is not liable for incorrect spring rates, and we strongly recommend a complete installation before customizing springs.

*Please note that springs returned coated or with extensive damage will be disqualified from our spring exchange program. In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed of the disqualification and presented with suitable options for resolution.
