Shipping Dynamics: It's essential to understand that shipping durations and fees are subject to fluctuations based on various factors.

Customs and Documentation: Different countries have distinct customs regulations and documentation requirements. For orders destined outside of the United States, a custom invoice will be mandatory.

Online Shipping Calculations: Currently, our website is configured to automatically calculate shipping fees for U.S. destinations only. If your shipping address is outside the United States, the shipping fee will appear as 'Free' at checkout. However, please note that this doesn't indicate complimentary shipping. Our team will promptly reach out to you post-purchase to discuss the exact shipping rates, timelines, and any other associated costs.
Returns

General Returns: At this time, we generally do not accept returns. However, in exceptional cases where a return is approved by Carbon Shock Technologies, we will issue a store credit for the purchase value, excluding shipping costs.

A 10% to 25% re-stocking fee applies to all approved returns and exchanges.

All Carbon Shock Technologies products are non-returnable.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Freight and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be received clean, otherwise, a washing fee of $10 to $50 per item will apply.

Items that included free shipping will be assessed a reasonable shipping charge.

Exchanges are exempt from free shipping and other promotions.

Installation and uninstallation costs are non-reimbursable.

Custom and special order items are non-returnable.

Used, modified, or items damaged by the user are non-returnable.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

Reporting Damaged Goods: Should you receive any products that are damaged, it is imperative to report the damage within 48 hours of delivery receipt. Please inspect your items promptly upon receipt and contact Carbon Shock Technologies or the dealer you purchased from.

Claim Period: All shipments are insured, and any claims for damaged goods must be made within 72 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, claims made after this window will not be processed.

Delivery Confirmation: If the carrier confirms the delivery of your shipment, Carbon Shock Technologies cannot be held liable for packages reported lost or stolen thereafter. Please ensure your delivery location is secure. If a signature upon delivery is desired, inform us in advance.
Order Cancelation

Standard Orders: Given the intricacies of manufacturing, order cancellations, if approved by Carbon Shock Technologies, will result in and industry standard 15% cancellation fee.

Custom Orders: Items that have been customized for individual specifications are non-cancelable and non-negotiable. Examples of such custom items include Bagged Bypass Shocks and Custom Bypass Tube Layouts Coloring and any form of non traditional manufacturing. However, while these custom orders cannot be canceled, they are transferable to another party.
Lead Times for Custom Orders: Custom orders involve specialized production processes and consequently may have extended lead times. Due to the unique nature of each custom item, we cannot provide exact lead times upfront. Please understand that the personalization and detailing involved may require patience.
